This lovely ¾ circle shawl lays gracefully on the shoulders with no need for a pin to keep it in place. Crocheted from the top down, alternating solid and open rows create a striated fabric, which is finished with an intricate picot edging reminiscent of snowflakes seen under magnification. Stitch patterns are both written and charted, making this a great pattern on which to learn new skills. The colorway shown in the sample shawl is Ice Queen.

Kit includes one skein of hand-dyed Freia Ombré Lace wool/nylon yarn (640 yards), and the Ice Crystals Capelet pattern in both printed format and PDF download code. All items are packaged in a bag as shown, with the pattern folded to fit inside the bag.
